We have excellent access to a large Boiler spares database and are able to obtain parts next day providing they are in stock.
Our one off call out charge covers you for the first hour which is normally all that is needed to diagnose the fault.
Any parts or labour cost from this point on would be discussed and agreed before any further work would be carried out so you know exactly where you stand without any surprise bills at the end.

Landlords Safety Checks
We provide Landlord gas safety certifications (CP12’s) direct to landlords and estate agents in our covering areas for a competitive price.
As a landlord, you are responsible for the gas safety of your tenants. You must ensure that all gas appliances are working correctly and safely.
Therefore, every rental property that has any sort of gas appliance, whether it be a gas boiler, hob, oven or fire, requires a Gas Safety Certificate. These certificates can only be issued by a technician registered with the Gas Safe Register. All our engineers are registered with the Gas Safe Register.
The Gas Safe Register superseded CORGI (Council for Registered Gas Installers) as the sole legally recognised gas safety register in the UK on 1st April 2009. A Gas Safety Certificate is valid for a year from the date it is issued.
