The Barn Conversion, Twyford

This old barn conversion which the client transformed into a truly beautiful 4 bedroom 4 bathroom property is one of Cozy Home Heating’s favourite projects. Cozy installed a top of the range Valliant System boiler, Unvented Hot water system, Underfloor Heating throughout both floors and internet ready Heatmiser controls. Working closely with the client to try and help achieve some very bespoke aspects to this installation. Helping them achieve the custom result that they desired. All the bathrooms were a real pleasure to install.

Bathroom Re-furb, Chertsey

Bathroom Re-furb, Egham

Cozy Home Heating fully Re-furbished and Re-designed this bathroom in Egham. The room was stripped back to bare brick and replaced all the pipework, ceilings and Floors before Tiling and installing the suite.

New Build Installation, Staines

New build installation in Staines. Cozy Home Heating plumbed this house from scratch including all waste and water pipes from the ground up. Both Floors consisting of Polypipe Wet in screed under floor Heating. Here are the finished results of the beautiful bathrooms our client chose.

Bathroom, Boiler and Underfloor heating Installation, Shepperton

This project was a ground floor side extension to allow the customer to gain an extra living space, utility room and a new bathroom. Cozy Home Heating carried out all the plumbing, under floor heating, waste pipes and also installed a new combination boiler. This customer wanted a traditional style which worked really well.

Bathroom Re-furb, Virginia Water

This is a fully Re-furbished bathroom in Virginia Water. Cozy Home Heating completely stripped the room back to brick and started again. All electrics, tiling, plastering and decorating were finished to an incredible standard to give this customer their dream bathroom.

Bathroom Installation, Wentworth Estate, Virginia Water

Cozy Home Heating replaced all the plumbing in this house on The Wentworth Estate, Virginia Waters. Not a single original pipe was left in this house.

Boiler, Underfloor Heating and Bathroom Installation Reigate

Cozy Home Heating fully installed all heating, plumbing and waste on a new build property in Reigate. The underfloor heating system was originally a polypipe wet in screed system, Cozy replaced this with plastic red trays to enhance the performance of the floor.

New Build Sunbury

This was a New build 6 Bedroom, 6 Bathroom Property in Lower Sunbury. We designed the system from ground up and installed all plumbing necessary to turn this building into a stunning family home.

New Build, Thorpe

We designed and completely installed the plumbing, heating and bathrooms in this stunning family home in Thorpe.

Plant Room, Wentworth

We re-designed this plant Room on The Wentworth Estate. It consisted of a 90 Kw Light Commercial Boiler and 600 litres os stored Unvented Hot Water.

Commercial Installation, Heathrow Airport

Here we removed 3 boiler in a plant room in an Office block in Heathrow airport. We installed 3 x Vaillant Light commercial Boiler totalling 192KW output.

Light Commercial Boiler Installation - Burwood Park

Cozy Home Heating removed a 30+ year old floor standing boiler and installed a Light commercial Wall Hung Boiler in its place over in Burwood Park.

This is a large property consisting of 36 radiators and so we didn’t want to pressurise the old existing pipework incase of potential leaks.

To get round this we used a Vaillant Plate heat exchanger to allow us to keep the existing system under gravity pressure at the same time as the boiler being pressurised.

Boiler Installation - Barnes, London

Cozy Home Heating removed a conventional Gravity cylinder and installed a Mains Fed High Pressure Unvented cylinder at this property in Barnes, London. Cozy also installed a new larger Main Water pipe from the street to the property. Allowing the customer to have not only a higher pressure but also a greater flow rate. Enabling multiple bathrooms to be used at once with no pressure loss.

Boiler Installation - Esher

This project required Cozy to install a new boiler system in the plant room on a new build property over in Esher. A High output Vaillant system boiler was installed, holding 600 litres of Unvented Hot water, along with Vaillant Low loss Header, numerous pumps and valves to controls the system.

Boiler Installation - Shepperton

This property in Shepperton had an antiquated gravity boiler and hot water system. Cozy Home Heating replaced this and installed a new Pressurised heating system and Unvented Hot water system. A new mains water pipe was connected to the property to allow for maximum pressure and flow rate to all showers.

Boiler Installation - Woking

This project required Cozy to install a new boiler system.

Under Floor Heating Woking

Cozy Home Heating installed a Polypipe Underfloor Heating system in screed throughout the ground floor of this new build in Woking.

Using multiple Hive Smart thermostats to control the individual zones.

Under Floor Heating - Englefield Green

This customer wanted a Polypipe Overlay system throughout on their ground floor. The cement boards are a very effective way of achieving this.

Unvented Hot water Cylinder and Accumulator in a Loft - Teddington.

We removed the existing gravity system and installed from the 1st floor and installed the new System Boiler, Unvented Hot water Tank, Stuart Turner Accumulator and all the valves and pipework into the loft to allow the customer to heave more space for a bigger bathroom and also boost the water flow rates to the maximum.
